Terms of Service
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing orders or requesting custom architectural glass estimates from our estimation desk.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our catalog, submitting requests for quotation estimates, or placing purchase orders with Azad and Sajda Enterprises, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between your organization and our firm.
2. Quotation Estimates and Dimensional Specifications
Glass is a precision material. To ensure accuracy and avoid installation issues on site:
- Measurements: Customers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all sizes, thicknesses, polish parameters, and edge finishes provided in their CAD files or template drawings.
- Validity: All quotations generated by our estimation desk are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise in writing, due to fluctuations in primary float glass raw material costs.
- Approval: Work on custom CNC cuts, tempered runs, or double-glazed unit (IGU) assemblies begins only after the client provides written size confirmation and payment clearance.
3. Supply, Processing, and Quality Standards
We procure raw materials from top-tier primary float glass producers. All processed sheets follow these parameters:
- Standards: Glass products supplied by us comply with Indian Standard IS 2553 for safety glazing materials, unless other international codes are explicitly requested.
- Tolerances: Normal industrial dimensional tolerances (+/- 2mm) apply to all custom cuts, edge-polishing, and drillings.
4. Transit Protection & Delivery Commitments
We recognize that structural glass represents a high-risk logistics task. That is why we structure our deliveries according to strict guidelines:
- Packaging: All shipments are packed on custom-built reinforced wooden A-frame racks with cork separator layers.
- Verification: Upon delivery of materials to the client's building site or warehouse, the client's representative must immediately inspect the panels. Any damage, cracks, or scratched sheets must be documented on the delivery challan prior to offloading.
- Liability: Azad and Sajda Enterprises is not liable for structural breakage, micro-scratches, or accidents occurring after the glass panels have been successfully inspected and offloaded at the customer's specified destination.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any purchase orders executed between the parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
